I've really wanted to draw Blair for a while. She was one of the funniest characters in Soul Eater.
I really needed a break from all of the vocaloid fanart I've drawn non-stop. The only downside is that I couldn't make this size 150x150 Depressed  her hat was too big. Well, you can still use her cat form as a pagedoll.
